Payment FAQs
1. Why was I charged an international fee?
Some banks charge international fees when processing transactions. Since we serve global customers, your bank may apply this fee. Please contact your bank for details.
2. Why is my card getting declined?
Common reasons:
- Card not activated (new/reissued)
- Incorrect card info (numbers, CVV, expiration)
- Over credit limit
- Transaction flagged as suspected fraud (OTP verification may be required)
- Closed account
- Temporary technical issue
If unresolved, contact your bank or try PayPal instead.
3. Why am I being double-charged?
- If you received more than one confirmation email with different order numbers, you may have placed multiple orders. Please cancel the extra order immediately.
- If you received only one confirmation email, the second “charge” may be a temporary authorization hold. This will disappear within 1–8 business days.
4. Do I need to pay import fees, duties, or taxes?
Yes, depending on your country’s customs policies. These fees are not included in our product prices and may be due upon delivery.
