Shipping Warranty

At SoftlySimple, your peace of mind matters. Our optional Shipping Warranty gives you extra protection beyond the standard guarantee, ensuring your order arrives exactly as expected - safe, correct, and in perfect condition.

Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • Your package is lost or stolen in transit.
  • You receive an incorrect item.
  • Your order arrives damaged.

Conditions

  • Stolen packages:
    - Carrier must mark package as Delivered.
    - Address provided must be correct.
    - Police report required (send to support@softlysimple.com, subject “Shipping Warranty”).
  • Damaged/Incorrect items:
    - Email photos to support@softlysimple.com.
    - If verified, no return required.
    - In some cases, we may provide a 50% discount code for future orders when issues are caused by third-party negligence.

Timeframe

  • Delivered packages: claim within 10 days of delivery.
  • Lost/Stolen: claim within 30 days after max estimated delivery date.

Exclusions

  • Applies only to purchases made on the SoftlySimple platform with carrier tracking.
  • Not valid if the shipping address was incorrect.
  • Not valid if a chargeback has been filed with your bank or payment provider.
  • This is not an insurance product and no insurance is provided directly.
  • Orders over USD 150.00 not covered.
  • Warranty fees are nonrefundable & non-transferable.

Notes

  • Shipping Warranty is optional at Cart.
  • Customers remain responsible for all taxes & duties.
  • SoftlySimple reserves the right to adjust service pricing at any time.
