At SoftlySimple, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience. Below is our updated shipping policy, outlining how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, including verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging.
Our on-demand printed products are freshly made for you, with production typically taking 2–5 business days, depending on order volume.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic (USA): 2–5 business days after processing
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on location & customs

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout (weight & destination)
  • Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders (see promotions)
  • Expedited Shipping: Available with extra fee at checkout

Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking number. If not received, contact us at support@softlysimple.com.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties or import fees, set by local offices. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Delays

While 97% of packages arrive on time, delays may occur due to severe weather, customs, or carrier issues.

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (apartment, unit, zip+4 if applicable).
  • For PO boxes, include full extended ZIP code.
    If delayed or undelivered, contact us at support@softlysimple.com for reshipment or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your address carefully. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not refundable. If returned, reshipment fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@softlysimple.com with photos. We’ll work with carriers to resolve and resend.
