At SoftlySimple, we’re dedicated to your satisfaction with every custom t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, long sleeve and more. Our Refund & Replacement Policy ensures a smooth experience if something isn’t right.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We offer a full refund or free replacement within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Items arriving torn, damaged, or with printing errors (e.g., faded graphics, misaligned designs, or poor print quality).
  • Incorrect Product: Products not matching your order details, customization specifications, or what was shown at checkout.
  • Wrong Size: Delivered size differs from what you ordered (e.g., ordered Medium, received Small).
  • Missing Items: Parts of your order lost or missing during shipping.

Approved claims do not require returning the original item.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements are not available for:

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery.
  • Customer errors (e.g., incorrect size selection, design choices, shipping address, or customization issues like typos or low-quality images).
  • Items damaged due to improper care, washing, or handling.
  • Products worn, washed, soiled, or altered (including missing original tags).
  • Changes of mind or personal preference (e.g., disliking fit, feel, or design).
  • “Final Sale” items from promotions (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday).

Note: Shipping, handling, taxes, and service fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@softlysimple.com or submit a ticket via our Contact Us page. Include:

  • Your name and order email address.
  • Order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the item(s):
    - For apparel: Include the garment’s label and a full photo of the item.
    - For size issues: Show any discrepancies.
  • Your preference for a refund or replacement.

Keep the item and packaging until your claim is reviewed, as additional photos may be requested.

Processing Refunds and Replacements

Once approved:

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card: up to 10 business days; PayPal: 3-5 business days).
  • Replacements: Shipped at no additional cost.

In rare cases, if a return is required, customers cover return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Important Notes

To avoid issues, double-check your order details (size, design, shipping address, etc.) before submitting. We’re not responsible for errors caused by customers, such as typos in custom text or low-quality images.
